Most small business owners are functioning in an unsupported environment. Conversations with employees can only go so far, and loved ones can’t be the sounding board that peers can.
With this isolation, you can be overrun by the crisis of the day and have nowhere to turn when facing difficult challenges.
Our Mastermind Coaching Groups are the choice for successful entrepreneurs who:
- value increased clarity
- want to implement best practices
- are ready to engage with their peers in a accountability-focused learning environment.
Our members experience bottom line results exceeding their greatest expectations.

I worked with the mastermind coaching group in 2008 and 2009. At the the time I entered the group my business was at start up, and my main focus was getting revenue in the door. I really wasn’t thinking about intermediate or long-range goals; the things that drive future revenues and growth.
Being a part of the group allowed me to set aside time to focus on the strategic elements of my business, as well as check in on how the day to day grind was going. The meetings/calls and assignments created a weekly opportunity to measure my progress towards the goals I was setting for myself and my business.
One of the many benefits that I received was getting some really good advice and feedback on a weekly basis. The kind of advice that would cost a fortune if it came from a consultant. At one point I was developing the trademark/logo for a new product introduction. One of the members had a strong artistic and computer graphics background. We actually worked one on one over the phone to develop the concept that ultimately became the brand name and logo for my product. These types of mutually beneficial work experiences were common during my time in the mastermind group.
I found the in-person group meetings very rewarding. It was a time to measure my progress, plan for the next quarter or business period, and do some really great team building with colleagues who ultimately became great friends.
