Case 7 – entrepreneur

An entrepreneur approached us as they were seeking an escape from their position within a toxic organization. Our career coaching program enabled them to create a vision for the new organization, developed their board and allowed them to work through otherwise crippling fears. Through the partnership with us, they were able to create a successful non-profit organization with a fulfilling and challenging role for themselves that they love.

Case 8 – entrepreneur

An entrepreneur desired to begin a business close to their home that would be involved in their local community. We partnered with them and created a business identification and acquisition plan that included a personal financial plan to help ease the transition into the new business. Through our partnership, we were able to develop the needed critical management skills required to facilitate success in small business. Our partnership enabled him to establish a business 10 minutes from his home, allowing him to become a strong leader in his community.
