Trusted advisor to business leaders worldwide, Michelle Randall applies her “honed sixth sense for business” to create breakthrough results. Her executive coaching and business consulting clients include senior executives at Fortune 500 companies, business owners, high-raking political leaders and their teams.

A former executive, Michelle understands her clients’ worlds. As a P&L manager she was personally responsible for multimillion-dollar revenues. Michelle was a pioneer in greening business with responsibilities in marketing, sales, finance, operations and employee training.

A multifaceted professional with an outstanding track record, Michelle is a true internationalist working with global leaders spanning four continents. Socially responsible business is a passion she has furthered throughout her career both as a practitioner and teacher.

Job-Right is Michelle’s online career coaching program. She created it based on nearly a decade of supporting professionals to identify and achieve their ideal job.

Michelle has been a highly successful change agent and market pioneer throughout her career. She created the first green building materials product line at a conventional building materials supplier in the United States, then went on to transform the 80-year old lumber company into a leader in sustainable business. She did this with overarching responsibilities in marketing, finance and operations and in the face of considerable resistance by converting adversaries into allies. In high-technology, Michelle led the marketing function at a startup, successfully launching the company with over 100 analyst and media interviews, she also developed sales channels, and cultivated key relationships with clients including Boeing and Deloitte & Touche.

Michelle is the co-author of two books, Visionary Women Inspiring the World: 12 Paths to Personal Power (2005, Skyward) and Winning Without Compromising Yourself: Unlocking Personal and Professional Mastery in the Political Arena (2007, Salon Press). Her clients include: Kaiser Permanente, IBM, OldCastle, Qwest, Net App, The US House of Representatives, and legislative leaders throughout the United States.

Michelle graduated with academic and leadership honors from The University of California at San Diego. During her time there she represented the UC system in a cold-war cultural exchange with the Soviet Union in Leningrad (St. Petersburg).

Michelle received her Masters in Business Administration from the Fisher School at the Monterey Institute of International Studies which is now a part of Middlebury College. She graduated with honors and specialized in Environmental Management. She also pursued business classes at Georg August Universitaet in Germany. She has the highest-possible Business German certification from the Goethe Institute.

Michelle received her Professional Co-Active Coaching Certification from the Coaches Training Institute in 2003 and has received the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation in 2004.

Michelle serves on the Board of the Community Health Education Training Center and has been an advisor to the Hass School of Business, Global Social Venture Competition since 2007.
