Laura StrohmLaura Strohm is a professional consultant and educator accelerating the mainstream practice of sustainability. She is the founder of a think-do-&-teach tank, The Sustainability Academy, that does consulting, research and teaches classes on sustainable business, green building, food systems, cities, water and other integrated systems.
Prior to that Laura spent 12 years as a Professor of Environmental Policy at a private graduate school devoted to developing international professionals. In her time at The Monterey Institute of International Studies she developed a double masters program between the business school and the environmental policy department. It was one of the first in the country and greatly contributed to the reputation of the Institute as an educational leader. The subjects she taught included: environmental law, sustainable development, and business & environment.
Dr. Strohm received her Ph.D from Tufts University, the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
