Chad White

Chad White
With 20 years of experience as a consultant, board member and business leader, White has experienced many successes and…. well let’s just call them ‘opportunities.’ His extensive experience has lead him to one tenet; trust and the ability to have honest difficult conversations is the key to working through a transition, quickly and effectively.

In addition to his consulting work with Enriching Leadership International, White is the CEO of JKM, a defense manufacturer. He is a proponent of lean manufacturing, collaboration and communication. These tenets make his company a responsive, reliable and proactive maker of quality products. He is committed to putting customers and their mission first.

Leadership development is a critical aspect of White’s strategic vision: putting the right people in the right role and helping them connect the importance of their work with the men and women they serve on and off the battlefield.

Before taking the helm at JKM, White was the managing member of Brauer Capital, LLC, a private equity group with investments in companies in the medical technology, manufacturing technology, defense and consumer products industries. Before then, he worked with Magnus Management Consultants implementing SAP, supply chain and production planning best-practices solutions for large electronics companies.

White currently serves or has served on the board of directors of five companies and of Camp Sunshine, a camp that serves children with cancer and their families.

White has an MBA in operations, finance and accounting from Vanderbilt University, an MS in taxation from Georgia State University and a BSE in biomedical engineering from Duke University. He has also taken certification coursework in mediation.
